  • Usia 18–45 tahun
  • Sehat jasmani dan rohani
  • Tidak memiliki riwayat penyakit berat yang menghalangi pekerjaan fisik
  • Punya KTP asli yang aktif
  • Punya atau siap mengurus paspor aktif minimal 1 tahun

Pendidikan dan pengalaman kerja sebelumnya tidak termasuk dalam syarat wajib untuk posisi general worker dan konstruksi — dua posisi yang paling banyak tersedia di WorkVia.

Medical check-up (MCU) adalah bagian wajib dari proses penempatan WorkVia. Ini bukan hambatan — ini prosedur standar yang melindungi Anda dan perusahaan mitra.
Pemeriksaan yang umumnya dilakukan dalam MCU TKI:
  • Pemeriksaan fisik umum — tinggi, berat badan, tekanan darah
  • Cek darah — termasuk hemoglobin dan profil dasar
  • Rontgen paru-paru — untuk mendeteksi kondisi pernafasan
  • Pemeriksaan mata — penglihatan dasar
  • Wawancara riwayat kesehatan

WorkVia akan merekomendasikan klinik MCU resmi yang paling dekat dengan domisili Anda dan membantu penjadwalannya. Biaya MCU termasuk dalam proses — tidak keluar dari kantong Anda.
